If a new member is added to a group, will the group admin be notified?

Yes, a group administrator who have permission to manage members will be notified in app (or by email if they do not have the app) if a club admin from Spond Club adds a new member to their group.

  1. The group admin can find and review the new members waiting for approval under Members inside the group in the app/www.spond.com.
  1. If approving one and one member, the group admin can add the new member to existing events. And choose which events the member shall be added to.
  2. If group admin approves all new members in one operation, the new members will only be added to the group, not to the existing events. For new events they will be included if choosing "All".

If a member is deleted in Spond app, the club admin will be notified by email if that is ticked off in the club admin inside Spond Club. Go to Club Settings and Club administrators. Setting can be ticked off on those club admins that shall be notified when a member is removed from a group.
