When will I receive payments from Spond?
You can choose the payout schedule to be daily, weekly or monthly. You can edit this under Payments > Payment methods > View
Important to note: Due to the regulations our payment provider (Stripe) has to follow the money will be paid out a minimum of 7 days after being received. (This means the earliest your payments will be paid out to your account is 7 days, even though you select daily payments).
You can change your Payout frequency by going to "Finance" and "Club accounts". You can then access the account you want to change your payout frequency for. At the top you will find "Change payment schedule".
You can find the reports for your payments under "Finance" and then "Payments" and "Settlement".
