I have no groups to import, but I am a group manager.

You need to be a group manager to be able to import groups.

Go to "me" in the app to see what e-mail you are registered with. It might be that this is a different email to the one you are registered with in Spond Club.

Add your e-mail that you use in the app under "Club settings" and "Club administrators" to access your groups.
