I have approved several duplicates

We have a duplicate notification when members are in Unprocessed in menu. If you approve the duplicates here and do not merge or accept them as their own members you will get duplicates in the club membership list.

To remove these duplicates, you will have to deal with this manually. You must make sure that email and phone number are the same on all duplicates. Children can not have their parents´ email/phone, parents need to be added as guardians with their own unique email/phone.

Duplicates should be merged, not deleted. If you delete one of the people on which it is duplicated, the group loses all history of that person, if they are merged this is retained.

  1. Club admin can merge duplicates when people are in Unprocessed.
  2. Support can merge those who have unpaid payment requests, who are exempt or who are without payment requests. Contact us at clubsupport@spond.com. Feel free to make a list if there are many.
  3. If both of the duplicates have paid payment requests, our technical support must merge the duplicates for you. Contact us at clubsupport@spond.com. Feel free to make a list if there are many.
